With a strong emphasis on gender balance and collaboration, the programme supports the development of leadership skills through a carefully designed curriculum and personalised mentorship. Delivered by a team of experienced facilitators and mentors from both business and biathlon, it offers a transformative environment where emerging leaders are equipped to take on influential roles in their Clubs, National Federations, or within the IBU.
